Red Ring Of Death Xbox
So what would you say if you had 24/7 access to your own personal Xbox 360 repair center. Sounds nice doesn't it. You and at least a million other hardcore Xbox 360 gamers would like to have the convenience of having their own Xbox 360 repair center. The current options of repairing your Xbox 360 has shown to be time consuming and can be quite expensive depending on how deep your pockets are. The method available for Xbox 360 gamers to fix their Xbox 360 is basically just sending in your defective unit all the way to the Microsoft repair center.
Sending in your problematic gaming system to the Xbox 360 repair center can take a period of four to six weeks on average. And if you are lucky enough to have your manufacturers warranty still intact, this can mean zero out of pocket costs for you. But you will have to find something to do for those four to six weeks while your Xbox 360 is being repaired. In some cases the 360 is being replaced with a refurbished model. And In some cases the refurbished model received from the Xbox 360 repair center tends to have more issues than the original Xbox 360 sent out.
This can be a very unpleasant surprise for us gamers that waited so long to receive our "fixed" Xbox 360 gaming console from the Xbox 360 repair center. Especially for those currently out of warranty on their defective Xbox 360. You can expect to pay around $140 every incident you have with your Xbox 360. And If you ended up with a bad refurbished 360, you can easily expect to drain your wallet empty after some time.
